Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Associate Technician in Production Operations – Pooling Department in Hebron, KY. The role focuses on weighing, blending and testing chemistries to build bulk reagent pools, following SOPs and ensuring safe, accurate operations.

You will monitor pool quality (temperature, pH, conductivity), maintain 5S in the tank farm and related areas, and contribute to a compliant, efficient manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a scientific field or several years of related experience including handling, weighing, mixing or testing chemicals.
• Ability to clearly understand and communicate critical safety and technical information to teammates, other departments, and leadership.
• Ability to train to and follow regulated procedures and maintain up to date training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, organize, and document chemical components to build and mix bulk reagent pools for production processes safely and accurately.
• Monitor and test samples for temperature, pH, and conductivity as prescribed in work instructions to maintain pool quality.
• Support maintenance, cleanliness and 5S of the bulk blending equipment area (tank farm) and chemical storage areas.
