Responsibilities

• Design, execute, analyze, and interpret cell-based assays and determine feasibility and best approach for pooled scRNA-seq
• Perform CROP-seq/Perturb-seq screens with guidance from colleagues
• Work closely with bioinformatics groups across MRL to coordinate data transfer and analysis
• Communicate progress, results, and conclusions to the group, project teams and other stakeholders
• Maintain detailed lab notebook and records of work
• This position is lab based and requires 5 days on site and 90% of time in the lab
