Job summary

Nabors Pools LLC is seeking a Pool Technician Trainer to lead the training and development of our service technicians in Katy, TX. This salaried role focuses on onboarding new hires and elevating the skills of current technicians to maintain consistent service standards.

Responsibilities include hands-on training in cleaning, chemistry, equipment operation, and troubleshooting, plus coaching for advancement through service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pool cleaning, water chemistry, and pool equipment.
• Experience training technicians and coaching staff.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Train new pool technicians on procedures, service standards, and expectations.
• Provide hands-on training in pool cleaning, water chemistry, equipment operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coach technicians and monitor progress; report to management to ensure advancement.
• Ride along with established technicians to observe service quality and adherence to standards.
• Identify ongoing training needs and develop solutions to improve performance.
