Poolie in Texas is seeking a Pool Lead Technician to oversee daily service operations, provide coverage during technician absences, and ensure high-quality pool care for residential and commercial clients.

You will balance hands-on work with team leadership, deliver chemistry guidance, and train field technicians while upholding safety and service standards in a fast-growing pool service company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Pool Service Technician
• Strong knowledge of pool cleaning, maintenance, and water chemistry
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily priorities
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality standards
• Ability to handle onsite customer concerns professionally
• Basic technical ability to perform minor repairs and small part replacements
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide primary PTO coverage to maintain service standards
• Oversee first cleaning for new customers
• Perform Green to Clean turnarounds
• Conduct daily quality control checks
• Serve as main contact for onsite customer issues
• Handle small part replacements and minor repairs
• Provide weekly chemistry and protocol training
• Support Supervisor on Slack for chemistry questions
