Job summary

Leslie's, Inc. is seeking a Pool Technician to clean and maintain residential and commercial pools. The role involves keeping pool areas clean, enforcing safety rules, and performing weekly maintenance on water quality, sanitation levels, and equipment.

The position offers competitive hourly pay, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; CPO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Pool experience preferred; training available.
• Able to lift 50+ lb and work outdoors in various temperatures.
• Reliable, responsive, detail oriented and a problem-solver.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pool route weekly with maintenance and water quality checks.
• Balance chemicals, backwash filters, brush/vacuum pools and clean tiles.
• Debris removal and upkeep of pool area and equipment.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Maintain professional appearance and clean job sites.
• Keep accurate records and company forms.
