Job summary

Poolwerx Redlands is seeking motivated individuals to become professional pool service technicians. No pool experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided during a three-month paid program starting at $20 per hour.

Employees will learn pool cleaning techniques, water chemistry, equipment basics, and customer service while building a career in swimming pool and spa maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean record.
• No pool experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Professional appearance and good hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive paid, hands-on training for three months.
• Learn water chemistry, pool cleaning, equipment basics.
• Maintain daily service routes and customer interactions.
• Safely handle pool chemicals and equipment.
• Provide professional customer service.
