POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN - PAID CAREER TRAINING

No pool experience is required. We will teach you.

Our experienced pool professionals will train you to safely and professionally maintain swimming pools and spas.

Three-Month Paid Training Program

You will receive approximately three months of hands‑on, on‑the‑job training, Monday through Friday, while earning $20.00 per hour.

You will learn:

• Proper swimming pool and spa cleaning techniques
• Water chemistry and chemical balancing
• Safe handling and application of pool chemicals
• Pool equipment basics
• Filter cleaning and routine maintenance
• Troubleshooting common pool problems
• Customer service and professional communication
• How to efficiently manage a daily pool service route
• Proper care and organization of your assigned company vehicle, tools, and equipment

Our goal isn't simply to teach you how to clean pools. We want to train you to become a professional pool service technician.
