Job summary

Leslie's, Inc. is seeking a Pool Technician in Frisco, TX to clean and maintain residential and commercial pools and spas and to keep the pool area orderly while enforcing safety rules. Pay ranges from $18.41 to $21.63 per hour with compensation determined by education and experience.

Responsibilities include weekly pool route management, water quality tests, chemical balance, routine equipment care, and accurate record-keeping. A valid license and ability to lift 50+ lb are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean M.V.R.
• Pool experience preferred, but willing to train.
• Must have physical ability to lift 50+ lb.
• Ability to work outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pool route each week with regular pool maintenance including testing and maintaining water quality, adjusting pool sanitation levels, cleaning and backwashing filters, brushing and vacuuming pools, cleaning tiles, and other related tasks.
• Remove debris from pool surface and floor, balance chemicals, and oversee general upkeep of pool equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow employees to best serve the customer.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and keep jobsites clean.
• Maintain accurate records and company forms.
