The ideal candidate has experience in pool systems, water testing, chemical balancing, and the ability to diagnose issues with pumps, filters, and heaters.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool maintenance, repair, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of pool systems, water testing, and chemical balancing preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete assigned tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate work.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Test water and maintain proper chemical balance.
• Inspect pools and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety concerns.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems involving pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and other pool equipment.
• Complete minor repairs and replace pool equipment as needed.

• Properly operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Complete assigned service routes accurately and within established timelines.
