Job summary

Labor Finders is hiring a Full-Time Pool Technician to service residential and commercial pools across Gilbert, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Chandler. This temp-to-hire, day shift role includes pool maintenance, water testing, equipment inspection, and delivering excellent customer service on route.

You will handle testing and balancing water chemistry, vacuuming, skimming, inspecting pumps and filters, and reporting findings to customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a current MVR.
• Reliable vehicle with current proof of auto insurance and transportation for daily routes.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Test and balance pool water, including pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium hardness.
• Vacuum pool floors, skim surfaces, and empty skimmer and pump baskets.
• Inspect pumps, filters, and motors, and backwash or clean filter media as needed.
• Communicate maintenance findings and recommendations to customers in a professional manner.
• Complete assigned service routes safely and efficiently.
