Qualifications

• Ensure continuous, reliable pool and spa operations via preventive maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with life-safety requirements and health codes.
• Oversee day-to-day pool operations and asset protection.
• Perform and document daily water testing and chemical logs.
• Maintain proper sanitizer, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the pool/spa maintenance team to meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors; respond to emergencies.
• Monitor equipment like pumps, filters, heaters, and chemistry control systems.
• Inspect and ensure pools meet California Pool Code and Health Department rules.
• Train associates on water testing, chemical handling and PPE requirements.
