You will perform hands-on mechanical maintenance on pool and spa systems, travel to residential and commercial sites, diagnose issues, complete repairs, and perform routine maintenance with training provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on work experience preferred (not required).
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and system issues in the field
• Perform routine maintenance across assigned service routes
• Install and configure new pool and spa systems at customer sites
• Troubleshoot operational issues and determine repair solutions
• Communicate professionally with customers during service visits
• Maintain accurate service records and daily job documentation
• Manage assigned route schedule independently
