Job summary

SPS PoolCare is seeking a results-driven Pool Advisor to identify, quote, and close repair and equipment upgrade opportunities. You will work closely with field technicians, service managers, and customers to assess pool needs and deliver an outstanding in-person experience from quote to sold.

The role requires conducting on-site visits, generating detailed quotes, and following up to close opportunities while exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or repair experience in the pool industry.
• Strong technical aptitude with pool systems, plumbing, or electrical.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on energy-efficient and performance-improving equipment options.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Meet and exceed daily inspection goal of 6-8 inspections per day and close rate goals.
• Utilize coached sales methodologies to deliver sales goals.

This individual will partner closely with field technicians, service managers, and customers to assess pool needs, recommend repair solutions, and deliver outstanding in person customer experience from quote to sold.
