General Description

Pool Snack Bar Servers are central to our summer pool operations, responsible for delivering exceptional service at the Welcome Cabana, handling food and beverage orders, towel service, and engaging with members and their guests, including children.

Essential Functions

• Provide prompt and attentive service to members/guests upon arrival.
• Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently.
• Set up, clean, and stock the Pool Snack Bar.
• Use Northstar POS to place orders and communicate special instructions or allergies.
• Assist with children supervision alongside Youth Activity team.
• Contribute ideas for food & beverage menu specials.
• Perform duties independently with good judgment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to cater to members’ needs.
• Previous food service or childcare experience preferred.
• Full availability including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 35 lbs., stand for long periods, climb stairs.
• Bend and lift frequently.
• Work outdoors in hot conditions for extended periods.
• Occasionally walk on slippery surfaces.

Work Environment
