Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn all pool service aspects.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently with daily schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Current Missouri commercial driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience in service, mechanical, or trade roles preferred but not required.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform scheduled pool service and maintenance.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair pool equipment and systems including pumps, filters, heaters.
• Perform pool openings, closings, cleanings, and routine maintenance services.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed, findings, and next steps.
• Complete service documentation, work orders, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment while maintaining an organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members and office staff regarding schedules, parts, and customer needs.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills within the pool service industry.
