Job summary

Platinum Pool Service is seeking an Experienced Pool Technician to join our Omaha-area team. The role involves hands-on pool maintenance, equipment diagnostics, minor repairs, and delivering excellent service with a smile.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in pool maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential & commercial pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, etc.).
• Test and balance water chemistry.
• Inspect and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
• Repair and install pool equipment.
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain any issues or repairs.
• Document service visits and keep accurate records.
• Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to go.
• Serve as a mentor and technical expert for other team members.
