Job summary

Landmark Aquatic is seeking a Service Technician to join our service team in Missouri, year-round. You will inspect, maintain, and install residential pool equipment through large commercial facilities, handling components like chemical controllers, pumps, filtration, UV systems, and specialty gear.

The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting, and clear communication with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Valid Class E driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Strong mechanical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Comfortable working in uncontrolled climates.

Responsibilities

• Test, balance, and understand pool water chemistry.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Operate various power tools and equipment.
• Communicate with customers, office staff, business leaders, and vendors.
• Review assigned work, update work orders, and complete service reports using scheduling software.
• Complete forms electronically for customer communication and billing purposes.
