Job summary

Ocean Springs Tech, Inc. is seeking a Pool Service Technician to ensure safety, cleanliness, and optimal operation of residential and commercial pools in the Coachella Valley.

You will perform routine maintenance, balance water chemistry, inspect equipment, and communicate with clients while adhering to health and safety regulations. Valid CA driver's license and 2+ years of pool service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid California driver license with clean record.
• Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and water chemistry.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors and in varying weather.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• 2+ years of recent pool service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular pool maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, skimming, and brushing pool surfaces.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry and apply treatments as needed.
• Inspect and report on pool equipment for repairs or replacements.
• Document service activities and communicate with clients about pool status and recommendations.
• Respond promptly to service calls and educate customers on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain efficient work pace and follow company protocol.
