Poolwerx is hiring a Pool Service Technician to perform professional pool maintenance for residential and commercial customers. Start with paid training and learn the tools and safety practices to confidently service pools on schedule.

You’ll join a supportive team, work outdoors, and have opportunities to advance into leadership, repair, retail, or management roles within this growing company.

Qualifications

• No pool service experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old for vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely handle pool chemicals and equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Service an established route of residential and commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe, healthy water.
• Add and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine, sanitizer, pH adjusters, and algaecides.
• Brush pool walls, steps, and tile surfaces.
• Vacuum pools and remove debris.
• Empty skimmer baskets and pump baskets.
• Clean or backwash pool filters as needed.
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, automation systems, and other pool equipment for proper operation.
• Identify equipment issues and communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate completed work.
• Keep company vehicles organized and stocked with supplies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit.

What You’ll Do
