Certus Home Services is hiring Pool Service Technicians to manage residential service routes, maintain pools to company standards, and build customer trust with reliable service.

You’ll work outdoors, balance chemicals, test water, and document daily work while using a take-home company vehicle and provided tools. A strong customer-service mindset and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors.
• Strong customer-service mindset, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Professional communication skills and confidence explaining technical issues to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards.
• Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair concerns.
• Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory.
• Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day.
