Certus Home Services is hiring Pool Service Technicians who want steady, independent work and the opportunity to build real expertise. You’ll manage a residential pool service route, keep pools clean and properly balanced, spot equipment concerns before they become bigger problems, and build trust with customers through reliable service.

Take-home company vehicle, fuel card, and company-provided tools support you from day one, with uniforms and safety gear supplied.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently outdoors.
• Customer-service mindset and professional communication.
• Experience explaining technical issues to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards.
• Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair concerns.
• Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory.
• Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day.
• Deliver reliable, professional service that helps retain customers and grow recurring business

What You'll Bring

Preferred:
