Certus Home Services is looking for a Pool Service Technician to manage a residential route, keep pools clean and balanced, and build trust with customers through reliable service.

You will perform maintenance, test water, balance chemicals, inspect equipment, and communicate recommendations while safely operating a company vehicle and recording daily reports.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors.
• Strong customer-service mindset, professionalism, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards.
• Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair concerns.

• Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• A strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors
• Strong customer-service mindset, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Professional communication skills and confidence explaining technical issues to customers.

Preferred: Previous swimming pool service or maintenance experience; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain it; experience with mobile service or field-service applications.
