Job summary

Poolwerx Redlands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver quality pool/spa cleaning and maintenance, building a base of satisfied clients. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

You’ll work outdoors, operate company vehicles, and balance chemicals, with training and tools provided to ensure success from day one.

Qualifications

• Full time availability Mon-Fri starting between 6:30AM-7:30AM, Occasional Saturdays during major holidays mid week.
• Reliable and adaptable.
• Team Player.
• Positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License for at least 5 years, minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Background Check and Drug Test that includes THC.
• Able to lift 50 LBS, bend, squat and work kneeling.
• Love to work outdoors, even in heat over 100 degrees and cold.
• Proficient in computer and smartphone use.
• Able to communicate well with clients and fellow workers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent client satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.
• Provide reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients.
• Perform professional pool & spa cleaning, water balancing, and client follow-up.
• Load vehicle with standard and special stock and maintain a stock register.
• Record materials and products used on-site for invoicing.
• Identify and report maintenance problems or faults.
• Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales.

Job Summary

• Load vehicle with standard and out-of-ordinary stock. Ensure all stock removed from the warehouse is accurately recorded and maintain a stock register and required tools to undertake services
• Record all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposes.
• Identify and report any maintenance problems or faults
• Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunities

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
