Job summary

Summit Pools in Naples, Florida is seeking a dependable pool service professional to manage weekly routes and deliver exceptional care. The position offers hourly pay based on experience, a company car, and opportunities for advancement as Summit Pools grows.

You will work outdoors in Florida weather, maintaining pool cleanliness and water chemistry while building trust with customers. Ideal candidates have pool service knowledge, a clean driving record, and a mindset to own responsibilities,

Qualifications

• Previous pool service or maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment operation preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned pools consistently to Summit Pools standards for cleanliness, water chemistry, and overall condition.
• Complete the assigned service route reliably and efficiently each week.
• Identify and promptly communicate equipment problems, abnormal water conditions, safety concerns, and other issues requiring corrective action.
• Maintain complete and accurate service records for every visit, including services performed, chemical readings and chemicals added, and equipment concerns.
• Deliver a consistently professional customer experience that builds trust with Summit Pools.
• Maintain the assigned service vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory in clean, organized, safe, and properly stocked condition.

Knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment operation is preferred. A clean driving record, the ability to work independently, and the ability to work outdoors in Florida weather are required.
