Formación

• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a food handler certification.
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to perform duties.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly at pool areas and lounge.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders using POS.
• Deliver orders promptly and assist with special requests.
• Make recommendations and use upselling techniques.
• Verify guest age and serve alcohol according to policy.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool bar and service stations.
• Process payments and handle cash or room charges.
• Coordinate with kitchen/pool staff for timing.
