Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Pool Server at Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort in St. Thomas. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and take/relay orders to kitchen and bar while delivering timely, professional service in a fast-paced beachfront setting.

You’ll maintain high cleanliness standards, assist with payments, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
