Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort in St. Thomas seeks a energetic Pool Server to deliver memorable dining experiences poolside and in F&B venues. You will greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.

The role rewards hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced Caribbean setting, with weekends/evenings required and opportunities to shine in a resort known for its beachfront elegance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and a friendly demeanor.
• Guide guests through the menu, provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service delivery.
