Job summary
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking POOL Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at our crisis and inpatient units across the Casa Grande / Tucson area.
This non-profit provider offers extensive behavioral health services and supports a compassionate, patient-centered care model. The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, an active AZ nursing license (compact accepted or eligible within 90 days), and at least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience,
Qualifications
- Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required.
- Arizona Board of Nursing license in good standing or compact license accepted; or license-eligible within 90 days.
- At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, including involuntary/voluntary.
- Must submit a minimum of 4 shifts per month by the 15th of the prior month.
Responsibilities
- Provide integrated behavioral health care in crisis and inpatient units.
- Work across multiple units within the hired region as scheduled.
- Be able to reroute or change locations per central scheduling.
- Maintain professional licensure and adhere to facility policies.

Community Bridges is currently seeking POOL Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at our multiple crisis and inpatient units.
- Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days
- At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, to include both involuntary/voluntary.
- Must be able to submit (4) minimum shifts a month, by the 15th of the month prior
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for rerouting commute.
- Must be able to work at all assigned units within hired region, as assigned per central scheduling.
- Must be able to reroute or change locations as requested per central scheduling.
- Must be able to work crisis and inpatient units as assigned
