Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking POOL Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at our crisis and inpatient units across Maricopa, Pinal and Pima counties.

The role requires an active Arizona RN license, 4+ years in behavioral health, ability to submit shifts monthly, a valid driver's license and vehicle, and flexibility to work across assigned units. Qualifications

• Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required.
• Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days.
• At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, to include both involuntary/voluntary.
• Must be able to submit (4) minimum shifts a month, by the 15th of the month prior.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for rerouting commute.
• Must be able to work at all assigned units within hired region, as assigned per central scheduling.
• Must be able to reroute or change locations as requested per central scheduling.
• Must be able to work crisis and inpatient units as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health care across crisis and inpatient units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
