Job summary

Omni Orlando at ChampionsGate is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to oversee all Recreation facilities and deliver exceptional guest service. You will manage staff, coordinate group events, and ensure facilities are well-maintained in a dynamic, luxury resort environment.

The role involves scheduling, payroll, recruiting, training, and enforcing safety procedures while promoting Omni culture within the Recreation team. CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Recreation, Hospitality, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in a supervisory position.
• Able to become certified in basic CPR and First Aid.
• Basic computer skills for payroll, ordering and other administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of all Recreation facilities and amenities.
• Manage and lead within the department and coordinate group recreation events.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Ensure Recreation facility is kept clean and properly maintained.
• Scheduling, payroll, recruiting, training, financials, MOS, inventories, ordering, safety procedures and implementing Omni culture in Recreation Associates.
• Implementation and facilitation of Recreation activities, programs and events.
