Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses online and/or in‑person in the Coaching, Health & Physical Education degrees.
• Lead class sessions, grade student work, participate in course assessment activities and respond to student questions in a timely manner.
• Use instructional materials and support provided for the specific course(s) taught.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate discipline to teach undergraduate courses and facilitate graduate master’s level courses; terminal degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) to teach graduate courses.
• Evidence of teaching experience (online or in‑person) at a higher‑education institution.
• Preferred: background in Coaching and/or Health & Physical Education, professional experience as a coach and/or physical education teacher.
• Knowledge of performance and conditioning for athletic coaches, injury prevention, risk management, elite athlete coaching, youth & sport coaching, soccer player development, motor learning, techniques and tactics in sport.
