Job summary

Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Pool Patient Access Specialist 1 to perform patient interviews and collect registration information at the point of entry. This role ensures accurate demographic and financial data and processes forms in accordance with department policy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of computers and standard office equipment is required.
• Medical office experience is preferred.
