Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Aquatic and leadership experience.
• One or more years as a swim instructor required.
• CPR/AED, First Aid Certifications, and Ellis & Associates Lifeguarding certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and feedback to Instructors and Deck Teachers.
• Establish relationships and assist in training all new employees.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of Instructors and Deck Teachers.
