Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN float role across multiple procedural areas including Procedure Suites, Endoscopy, and Interventional Radiology. Qualifications

  • Current FL RN licensure.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing assignments and staffing needs.
  • BSN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with at least one year of relevant experience or ASN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered perioperative nursing care across Procedure Suites, Endoscopy, and Interventional Radiology (IR).
  • Maintain patient safety and quality care with efficient procedural workflows.
  • Document care in a timely manner according to hospital standards.
  • Adapt to variable assignments and staffing needs in a PRN float role.
