Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Wesley Chapel, FL, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Infusion Clinic team. You will deliver individualized quality nursing care to cancer patients and families in line with hospital guidelines, ANA ethics, and Duffy's caring model.

Responsibilities include planning and evaluating care using the nursing process, administering chemo and IV therapies, coordinating discharge planning, and participating in professional development. Florida RN licensure required.

Equipped to offer all of the latest technologies in a single convenient location, our Infusion Center provides blood and platelet transfusions, blood draws, hydration therapy, intravenous antibiotic infusions, injections, pharmaceutical services and pump disconnections, as well as traditional intravenous chemotherapy infusions. Our Infusion Clinic at Wesley Chapel is currently looking for Registered Nurse to join our team. Time management and ability to multi task is essential. The Ideal Candidate • The ideal candidate will have the following experience or credentials: Chemo Blood Platelets Administering IV fluids, IV antibiotics, bladder treatments, IP treatments, and hormonal therapy injections Accessing ports and changing central line dressings Chemotherapy Certification Responsibilities: • Use the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate the care of cancer patients and families.
