Sentry Management, Inc. is looking to hire a Pool Monitor for the summer at a beautiful community in the Albany, NY market.

Summary: The Pool Monitor/Gym Attendant ensures compliance with rules of the designated community while maintaining the pool and gym areas as clean and safe environments for residents and guests. The Pool Monitor is expected to serve our communities with kindness, professionalism, and timely resolution in every interaction. They will also abide by the Sentry Promises made to our board members, homeowners, and fellow employees.

Part time: Hours 7:00am - 2:00pm or 6:00pm - 10:00pm - Days to be determined by mutual needs

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all residents, staff, and guests.
• Verify community IDs for residents and check for the appropriate number of guests.
• Keep up to date with the Rules and Regulations of the designated community.
• Verify that Pool Rules are being followed by all residents and guests.
• Monitor the area for safety concerns and address them as needed.
• Complete the shift report at the end of each shift.
• Complete incident reports as issues arise.
• Assist in keeping the pool area clean.
• Keep the gym area neat and clean.
