Job summary

CCMC is seeking Pool Monitors to join our community-focused team in Fort Worth, Texas. You’ll help ensure a safe, welcoming pool environment for residents and guests, enforcing rules and assisting with information and directions.

We value energetic team players with strong service orientation and reliable communication. CPR is preferred, and the role may require after-hours and weekend shifts. Talent acquisition is coordinated by Human Resources.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About The Community

This master-planned community features an open-air pavilion, a resort-style pool, outdoor grills, and family dining areas. Additionally, we offer an event lawn and miles of walking trails - all with the active family in mind. Spectacular views of the city, lake, and the open ranch land surrounding the community allow residents to feel both close to everything and away from it all.

Our Pool Monitors are responsible for enforcing the rules of an outdoor pool in accordance with association policies and government regulations. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe environment for all.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Ensuring safe operation of the pool facilities
• Monitoring entry into the pool area and having patrons sign waivers
• Reporting any accidents or problems
• Performing light janitorial duties
• Extending top-notch service to residents and guests
• Providing community information and offering assistance as needed

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.

The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:

• Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
• Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
• Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
