Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Careers is seeking a Pool Operations Supervisor to lead a luxury pool team, drive guest experiences, and oversee events and revenue-generating activities. You will set the tone for a luxurious, fun, and approachable pool environment, working closely with bartenders, servers, and concierge staff.
You will manage budgets, train staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards while staying abreast of industry trends and delivering exceptional guest service daily.

You will be key in leading the team, setting the tone for a luxurious, yet fun and approachable pool experience. You must be able to have fun, work hard, understand the food and beverage aspect of the business as well as generating revenue through innovative events.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Prior experience required. Depending on the role degree may be required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or telephone. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
