Job Title: Pool Maintenance Technician W-2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform routine maintenance and cleaning for residential and commercial swimming pools. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, and a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the pool route.

  • Perform pool cleaning, chemical testing and balancing, filter maintenance, and equipment inspections.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.).

  • Ensure all safety standards and company procedures are followed.

  • Communicate with clients about service schedules, findings, and recommendations.

  • Maintain accurate service records and inventory of supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of pool maintenance experience; supervisory experience .

  • Knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance procedures.

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and handle physical tasks in varying weather conditions.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, also pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent certification.

  • Experience with both residential and commercial pools.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
