Blue Science Pools is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to service residential pools in the West Palm Beach area. The role involves cleaning, maintaining equipment, and ensuring water chemistry stays balanced on a daily schedule.

You will work with a company truck and gas card, with a performance-based bonus structure and weekly direct deposit pay. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background/drug screening. Training offered in a growing outdoor team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Pool maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance on clients' pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls/steps).
• Maintain and clean pool filters.
• Test and adjust water chemistry to ensure correct balance.
• Inspect pools and equipment regularly.
• Resolve client concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Our Pool Maintenance Technicians are held to a high standard here at Blue Science. In this customer-facing role, you will be servicing and maintaining pools, inspecting equipment, and managing customer expectations daily. This position will be based in our growing West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, or Fort Lauderdale areas and its surrounding regions.

Job Description

• Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance on clients' pools by skimming, vacuuming, and brushing walls and steps.
• Maintains and cleans pool filters.
• Adjusts, maintains, and regularly tests water to ensure proper chemistry.
• Consistently inspects pool and equipment
• Resolves client or customer concerns and provides excellent customer care.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outside year-round in a variety of conditions.
• Pool maintenance experience required
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma / GED (preferred but not required).

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday with occasional required Saturdays

Production Pay Range: $560 - $1,030 per week

Bonus Structure:

• $1,000 bonus after 90 days of satisfactory performance
• Additional $1,000 bonus after 180 days of continued satisfactory performance

Working days are Monday - Friday. Start time is 7am. Ending time is around 5pm or when the route is complete. Occasional Saturdays depending on time of year and holidays.
