Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance duties as needed.
• Ensure general upkeep of the community clubhouse and common areas.
• Check pool equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Test water and add chemicals as needed.
• Clean pool and remove debris.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies.
