Job summary

Professional Pools & Care LLC is seeking a dependable Swimming Pool Maintenance & Service Technician to join our growing outdoor-focused team. This full-time, year-round role starts at $18.00/hour, with higher starting pay considered based on relevant experience, and we’re willing to train the right person.

You will manage an assigned route and perform water chemistry balancing, equipment inspections, basic repairs, and equipment installations.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned route of ~50–60 pools per week
• Test, balance, and maintain water chemistry
• Inspect pool equipment and identify repairs
• Perform minor equipment repairs and basic plumbing
• Install and replace pool equipment
• Assist with liner and safety cover installations
• Perform seasonal pool openings and closings
• Keep company vehicle clean and stocked
• Document service performed and repairs
• Communicate professionally with customers and supervisors
• Follow company safety requirements
