Job summary

Bluewater Pools is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to clean and maintain customers’ pools, including tile, floors, pump baskets, and filters. You will test water chemistry, document issues, and communicate with management and customers.

The role requires strong communication and a willingness to work outdoors most of the year. Training wages start at $19 per hour; after training, pay is per-stop designed to achieve at least $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience working with pools is preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Must be 25 years old or older.
• Access to a small to midsize pickup truck; mileage paid per mile.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more.
• Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results.
• Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running.
• Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.
Training wages are 19.00 per hour, once training is complete work is paid on a per-stop basis designed to pay at least 25.00 per hour
