Job summary

Sunny Day Pools LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to clean and maintain customer pools, including tile, floors, baskets, and filters. You will monitor pH and chemical levels, document issues, and communicate changes to management and clients.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, pool experience, and comfort working outdoors for much of the year. Training and safety procedures are provided to ensure quality, dependable service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with pools is preferred.
• Must be able to work outside, sometimes in the sun.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more.
• Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on results.
• Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running.
• Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate status to management and customers.

As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers' pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.
