Job summary

ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company is hiring a Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician to service customers on-site. You will perform routine pool cleaning, diagnose equipment issues, and provide solutions with a focus on resort-quality service.

You should be a self-starter who works well outdoors, with willingness to learn ASP methods and safety protocols. A high school diploma and CPO are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• On-the-job training provided; high school diploma and CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a swimming pool route with weekly cleaning and daily repair tasks.
• Stock chemicals on the truck and maintain water chemistry weekly.
• Repair pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, lights, and related equipment.
• Spot opportunities to upgrade equipment or improve customer experience during service calls.
• Follow ASP safety, processes, and service protocols.
