Job summary

ASP – America’s Swimming Pool Company is seeking a solution-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. This on-site role focuses on delivering resort-quality pool cleaning and maintenance services to customers, following proven methods and safe chemical handling.

The ideal candidate loves outdoor work, is a self-starter, and can operate with minimal supervision while upholding ASP values of integrity, knowledge, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• High school degree; CPO license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a swimming pool route with weekly cleaning.
• Balance and adjust water chemistry for each pool weekly.
• Utilize Pool Ops mobile platform on a smartphone.
• Identify equipment repair needs and communicate to the office.

Skills

Valid driver's license

Able to lift up to 100 lbs

Education

High school diploma

Certified Pool Operator License (CPO) preferred
