Position Overview:
We’re seeking reliable, experienced Pool Service Technicians to join our team in Austin. You’ll be responsible for routine pool maintenance, repairs, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires you to use your own vehicle for service calls; you’ll be paid per location on the route, plus gas stipend
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning, chemical balancing, and maintenance for commercial pools/spas
Communicate pool/spa quality and equipment issues to supervisor (pumps, filters, leaks, etc.)
Maintain accurate service logs and communicate clearly with clients and the office
Follow all safety protocols and uphold KBM Pools’ high standards for quality and professionalism

Competitive Pay: $20-$25 per maintenance location (pay depends on certifications and experience)

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in pool service/maintenance required
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Reliable, clean, and well-maintained personal vehicle suitable for transporting pool equipment/supplies
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CPO certifications a plus (not required; training available)
Working Conditions:
The role involves both indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
The position may require weekend and holiday work, depending on client needs
