Starwood Hotels is seeking a Pool Linen Supervisor to lead a team in a luxury property in the United States. You will champion standards, motivate staff, and ensure seamless linen operations in a 24-hour environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in F&B or hospitality, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a post-secondary diploma is a plus.

About you...

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledgeable of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
