Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role preferred.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Must have a valid lifeguard certification.
• Must have completed the Red Cross Lifeguard Training or other equivalent training programs.
• Ability to administer first aid and CPR on a priority basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to guests and respond quickly and efficiently in any situation.
• Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the water and ensure safety.
• Administer first aid and CPR when needed and coordinate with EMS when required.
• Rescue swimmers in distress and enforce water safety policies.
• Assist with pool deck maintenance and towel/retail operations as directed.
