Great Escapes RV Resorts is seeking a friendly Pool / Lake Attendant to monitor and maintain pool and recreational lake areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest enjoyment. The role emphasizes outdoor work, flexible seasonal scheduling, and a hands-on approach to guest assistance.

This seasonal position offers a friendly outdoor environment with potential for extended employment, and requires the ability to work weekends and holidays. Lifeguard certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Must be dependable and responsible.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Monitor pool and lake areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with posted rules.
Perform routine cleaning of pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas.
Check water conditions and report any issues.
Assist with opening and closing duties for pool/lake areas.
Help maintain cleanliness by emptying trash and organizing equipment.
Provide friendly assistance and information to guests when needed.
Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
